Your whole IT function, on a monthly retainer.
We are built for companies of 10 to 50 people who have outgrown DIY IT and freelance support. We run all of it — the core services below, as one accountable operation, and everything else IT besides.

- Office networks, Wi-Fi & firewalls
- Email, domains & DNS
- New-starter setup & leaver offboarding
- Printers, peripherals & AV
- Software licensing & renewals

Not sure what you actually need?
That is what the audit is for. We walk your office, test what you have, and hand you a plain written priority list.
How we start.
No long sales cycle. A structured look at what you have, and a plain written answer.
Walk the office
We come on-site, map your critical load, and look at how your team actually works — not a generic checklist.
Run the audit
Network, backups, access, cloud, continuity. We test the things vendors usually only promise.
Written priority list
What is urgent, what can wait, and what you can do yourself. Then you decide. No pressure, no upsell.
Common questions.
Straight answers, the way we would give them on a first call.
Do you only do support, cloud and compliance?
No. Those are the three areas we go deepest in, but we run your whole IT function — hardware, networks, email, licensing, vendor management, device security and the rest. One number for all of it.
What is your response time?
A four-hour response window, Monday to Friday 08:00–17:00, in writing and reported against every month. Urgent issues over WhatsApp usually get a reply in minutes.
Are we locked into a long contract?
No. We work month-to-month. You stay because the service works, not because you signed away three years — which keeps the pressure on us, where it belongs.
Do you support remote and hybrid teams?
Yes. Doing cloud properly is our core strength — Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, secured, with VPN, MFA and access that works wherever your team is.
What size company do you work with?
We are built for companies of roughly 10 to 50 people who have outgrown DIY IT and ad-hoc freelance support and need an accountable, in-house-grade operation.
Can you work with our existing hardware and vendors?
Yes. We take over what you already have, manage your ISP and software vendors on your behalf, and only recommend replacing something when the numbers genuinely justify it.
Send us your situation.
Tell us what your setup looks like today. We will tell you, plainly, what we would do about it.
